Monday's schedule is brief, with only an early registration option available from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the DEC. 

Tuesday's events begin with registration and a light breakfast at 8:15 AM, followed by a welcome and keynote address from Tea Area Superintendent, Dr. Tonia Warzecha. The rest of the day is dedicated to learning sessions and collaborative activities.

• Morning Sessions: The morning features guided classroom visits across all levels and a student panel, offering a glimpse into real-world classroom applications.

• Afternoon Sessions: After lunch, the afternoon is split into two tracks:

  • New Improvers: Focuses on Understanding Systems and PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) Cycles.

  • Experienced Improvers: Addresses more advanced topics like Impact and Action Sessions and the implementation strategy of Continuous PDSA.

    
    

• Late Afternoon: The day concludes with a K-12 teacher panel and "Improver Showcases", where two educators will share their improvement journeys.

• The day will conclude after school dismissal at 4:30 pm. 

Wednesday also starts with registration and breakfast at 8:15 AM. The morning kicks off with a welcome and a team presentation titled "CSI in Action" by Dr. Walder and the CSI Coaches. The day offers attendees two options for the remainder of the morning.

• Option 1: Participants can engage in secondary classroom visits and a student panel.

• Option 2: Participants will have two events to attend. First, an elementary classroom visit, followed by a presentation from one of our sponsors, Savvas Curriculum.

• Afternoon Sessions: Following lunch, the afternoon focuses on "Next Best Steps" sessions, with topics including:

  • "Start with a Purpose Statement"

  • "Systems for Special Programs"

  • "NWEA Data to Drive Instruction" by our Sponsor, NWEA. 

The event will conclude with a thank-you and farewell. Your team will leave empowered and energized by 2:00 pm.
